1:1st of all register an account onCloudFlare
2:get started then add your domain url in domain box and click "Scan DNS Records" then keep clicking continue till you see two costum "Server Names"
3:now open your domain registrar dashboard and go to DNS Records.there you have two "nameservers" just select custom servernames and replace with your cloudflare's servernames which provided you after adding you domain

2:sign into blogger and click theme in sidebar>>edit html click "jump to widget" and select header1

4:find "showaddelement" and change its value as yes and save theme..now you have another element at the top of your blog to add banner
