* Log in to your Blogger account.

* Click the "Settings" in left bar >>Select Basic

* Under "Permissions" >>Click the "Add Authors" button in the Blog Authors section

* Enter the email addresses of the someone you want to post on your blog. Click "Invite"

* Tell the author that you have included in your author list. Author must click a confirmation link from the blogger email to activate his permissions

* Click the "Settings" >>Click"Post,comments and sharing" >>Under "Comments"Select "Register User" in "Who can comment" Section

* Save settings.
